Returns

Returns within the 14-day cooling-off period.

The packaging is sealed.

OPPO products are sealed, but you may carefully cut open the seal to access the product. If only the seal is damaged, we will not charge any fees.

Can I unpack and try the product during the cooling-off period? 

During the cooling-off period, you may open the packaging. You may try the product, just like in a normal store. However, you may not do more than what is necessary to assess the product. If the product is activated, its value decreases, and we may charge fees if we see that the product has been used for an extended period. 

Can I damage the packaging?

The packaging should be left intact as much as possible. When returning the product, it must be packed neatly again. Our products are easy to open with care. If you damage the packaging, additional charges may apply. 

How can I cancel my purchase? 

Returning the product is not enough. You must also inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done simply via email or chat.  

Return the product yourself

If OPPO made the mistake of sending the wrong product, OPPO will cover the shipping costs for the return. If you return the product yourself, you will pay the shipping costs.  This means you are responsible if the product is lost or damaged during return shipping. In some cases, you can hold the postal or courier company liable. But this can only be done if the product was returned under specific conditions, such as registered or insured. Does your product have high value? Ask at the post office or courier service about the available options for returning valuable products and the liability if a package is lost or damaged. You can also find this information in the terms and conditions of the postal or courier service.

Want to return the product?

Send an email within 14 days to info@oppo-aed.nl. We will then provide you with the proper instructions via email. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. Once the item has been returned, we will credit the amount. Shipping costs for the return will not be reimbursed.

An OPPO item must be returned undamaged and with all associated components in the original packaging. The supplier will assess the returned goods upon receipt for inspection.

If you have made a return request and we have responded with an address, you have 14 days to return the product. If you do not return the product within these 14 days, we will cancel your return.

Exception hygiene products - Earphones!

Certain products are not suitable for resale after being returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This also applies to our audio products, such as OPPO earphones. 

As an exception, we do not accept hygiene products for return if the seal has been broken.

Defective

Is your product defective?

Send an email to info@oppo-aed.nl. We offer two years of warranty on new items and one year for refurbished devices. Please include the proof of purchase and photos of the defect in the email. We will then provide you with the proper instructions via email.

Do you think we are not acting correctly? Let us know. We base the return policy on the following. We would love to hear from you! We try to handle it as best as we can, but it is also important to know that there is always a depreciation in value when the product has been activated. Of course, that hurts us. And we prefer to provide entirely new products to customers, not one that has already been opened.
