Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty on all new OPPO products purchased from us. Refurbished products and accessories come with a one-year warranty. If your product becomes defective within this warranty period due to material or construction faults, we guarantee that we will replace or repair the defective parts or exchange the entire device free of charge, provided that:

• The product has not been misused,
• The product only shows signs of normal use,
• The product has not been repaired by unauthorized persons, or
• The proof of purchase has been provided.

Wear and tear from use and consumables are, of course, excluded from the warranty.

The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
