1 Year Free Water Damage and Screen Warranty - OPPO Reno13 Series

When purchasing an OPPO Reno13 Pro 5G, OPPO Reno13 5G, OPPO Reno13 FS 5G or OPPO Reno13 F 5G between 24-2-2025 & 24-3-2025, you will receive an exclusive water damage warranty and screen repair.

How does the warranty work?

  1. What is covered under this warranty?
    1. Water Damage: This service applies to damage caused by liquid ingress, including but not limited to fresh water and other liquids.
      1. In order to use the water damage protection independently, the appearance of the phone must not have any obvious dents, cracks or damage from external force.
      2. The maximum repair limit for this product is the introductory price of the phone. If the cost of replacement parts exceeds the limit, the user must cover the additional cost.
      3. If the device has water damage and other problems (such as a broken screen), the user must pay for a screen replacement (or use the screen damage warranty to replace the screen) before using the water damage protection to replace the parts damaged by moisture ingress.

    2. Screen Damage: If the screen develops cracks or tears due to accidental drops, impacts or pressure during the promotion period, the device is eligible for one free replacement with an original screen
      1. Screen scratches, scuffs, dents in the frame, wear and tear and other similar problems are not covered by the screen damage protection.
      2. This product cannot be used if the device is bent, deformed, tampered with or repaired.
      3. In order to be able to use the protection against screen damage independently, no liquid must have entered the device.

  2. Activate
    When you purchase your device during the campaign period, we will automatically register your IMEI. As a customer, you do not have to claim/activate this promotion anywhere.
     
  3. Claim
    If you have water damage of any kind within 1 year of purchasing your device, including but not limited to fresh water, sea water and other liquids, or your screen is cracked or torn, create a 'Send in Repair' request via the OPPO website: https://support.oppo.com/nl/send-in-repair

    When registering for your 'Send in Repair' order, fill in in the comments that you want to use your warranty.

Exclusivity

This promotion is only valid if you have purchased a device during the promotion period on: oppo-nederland.store, oppo-belgium.store or oppo-luxembourg.store. If you have purchased a device from one of our partners during the same period, this promotion is unfortunately not valid for you. If you do have water or screen damage, we recommend that you still send your device to our 'Send in Repair' service. All costs will be for the user.
