Before shipping
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually cancel it. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. You can also cancel your order yourself via the chat widget or via your account.
Ordering a different model
Do you want a different model? Then we will cancel your current order and you place a new order for the correct device. Your paid amount will be refunded.
Already shipped?
If your order is already on its way, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the order. See our article on returns for this.
