Delivery time and track & trace
We ship your order with DHL, on weekdays (not on weekends). As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code with which you can follow the delivery. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

If you order late in the day or just before the weekend, we will pack your order on the next working day. It may then take a while before the track & trace updates for the first time.
Is something wrong?
Is your order stuck for a long time, or do you see 'delivered' while you have not received anything? Contact us with your order number, and we will immediately investigate it for you.
