How an exchange works
- Contact us with your order number and the model or variant you want.
- We will create a return label for you and send it to your email address. First, send your current product back to us with this label.
- As soon as we have received your product and any price difference has been paid, we will send you the new product.
Please note
Opened hygiene products (such as earplugs and watches) and opened phone boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. See our article on returns for the conditions.
