Delivery to a home address
We ship with DHL to a home address. Unfortunately, direct shipping to a DHL pick-up point is not possible, so please provide a home address with your order.
Adjust yourself via DHL
As soon as you have the track & trace, you can often choose in the DHL app when or where your package will be delivered, for example to a pick-up point.
Are you not home?
Let someone else accept the package with the pick-up code, or adjust the delivery in the DHL app.
